Shipping Policies

All orders are sent in discreet plain brown envelopes or boxes. Packages are shipped from Cool Enterprises, Inc. We do not sell or trade our mailing and email lists with any other organizations, nor do we send unsolicited (spam/junk) mail. 

Generally, orders are shipped the next business day after your order from our Las Vegas, NV warehouse, unless items are back ordered. Products that are out of stock will shipped separately. No additional shipping fees apply for back ordered items. Please be aware that virtually all, but not ever items will have tracking numbers. They will have confirmation of shipping numbers. 

Please note that Cool Enterprises, Inc. does not ship on weekends or US National Holidays. For example, an overnight package processed on Friday afternoon after our 2pm PST deadline will not be shipped until the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery. 

The following services are available: 

  • FIRST CLASS U.S. MAIL(4 - 8 BUSINESS DAY SERVICE) Note: may take up to 15 business days, please contact your local office if you experience a delay in routing. 
  • STANDARD U.S. MAIL(5 - 10 BUSINESS DAY SERVICE) Note: may take up to 15 business days, please contact your local office if you experience a delay in routing. 
  • PRIORITY U.S. MAIL(3 - 5 BUSINESS DAY SERVICE) Note: This class of package comes with a tracking number although its use depends on whether your local Post Office supports this service. Please contact your local Post Office if you have any specific questions pertaining to this. 

Additional Information Please note: Expected delivery time is based on the date your package leaves our shipping facility, not when the order was originally placed online (Please note our hours are 9am to 5pm PST M-F). USPS standard and priority mail are not guaranteed services, tracking information is limited to priority mail. If you know your order has already shipped, you may wish to contact your local post office. Condoms, like many consumer products, are not intended to withstand extreme heat or cold. Although Cool Enterprises, Inc. exerts every effort to meet the needs of our customers for shipping choices we cannot prevent your package from being left out in the weather or left in public places. While we work to provide the best service at the lowest price, we do not personally deliver packages. If you have specific delivery instructions or questions about a particular delivery method, please contact the carrier for the service you have chosen before you place an order.
